I coach from inside the experience.
I'm not a career coach who used to work in an office. I'm a VP of Product actively leading teams, navigating org complexity, and making hard calls every week. When you work with me, you get someone who understands your world from the inside.
Why "chaos" is the point.
I've led product through acquisitions, rapid scaling, and full reorgs at companies like Drizly, Wayfair, and SimpliSafe. None of it was linear. I named this practice Chaos Career Coaching because the messy middle is where real growth happens.
